Marina yawned and stretched her wings as the first moonlight shone through the hollow in the tree. She flew out and roosted on a branch, taking in the fresh scents of fresh rain. She looked across at the jungle canopy, gasping in delight at the beautiful scene. Heavy fog obscured all but the tips of tallest trees, but the storm was gone, and everything seemed alive.
